The Countdown begins…

As a new day breaks in Toronto, Canada – mixture of birds sing outside my bedroom window. As the birds make their presence heard, the warm sunlight fills out the clear blue sky. I can see the moon is still high up in the sky. It’s like a delicate balancing act between the Sun and the Moon.

2 weeks from today, my flight will land in Istanbul, Turkey. On June 1 2014, I will begin another journey into the unknown. This is the reason why my posts on this blog has been sporadic and sparse – my apologies.

Since the start of 2014, I held the intention and committed myself to the commencement and completion of a 250 hours yoga teacher training (YTT) course, find a tenant for my home and travel to Turkey with the intention to start guiding Spiritual tours. Continue reading

The next phase is starting to take shape!

Within the last 2 months I have found a tenant to rent my Home Sweet Home – without posting an ad in Toronto. Purely involving word-of-mouth through 3 people. I have potentially found the most accommodating tenants! I mean who agrees to rent a place without knowing the move-in date!!?! Seriously, right!?

I have started purging my personal belongings and selling my furnitures – to down size.

Today I finally bought my airplane ticket to Turkey – after watching the price climb higher and higher the last 2 months. For some unknown reason, I did not think to consider using my Aeroplan frequent flier miles until this morning. Continue reading

The next step…

Tonight marks Day 1 of my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course – complete!

The intention is to deepen my personal yoga practice and to gain another skill to offer when I launch my intuitive travel tours.

When the little voice in my head first mentioned YTT in mid-December 2013, I questioned it a bit. The insecure me thought I am not cut out to do it, despite my on and off yoga practice started back in 1998. At one point, I was able to do a handstand – I was sooo proud of myself! Continue reading
